Our mission is to build healthy, indigenous leaders, which results in disciples making disciples and church plants, to reach neglected people groups in Asia.

Why Do We Exist?

We exist to equip. We equip the emerging and existing leaders in the church, business and education world.

Why This Kind of Focus?

There is a leader crisis around the world. The fact is we need more leaders and we need better leaders across the board.

Seventy percent of leaders who fail in their leadership do so not due to their skill set or their vision, they fail due to lack of character. This is a huge problem. It is a crisis.

What Do We Do?

What we do is to focus on leader development — but not just “traditional” leader development which focuses on skills, knowledge, abilities and skills. These are essential and good but they are not good enough.

We need to build men and women in a holistic manner through a framework called Building Healthy Leaders. This model intentionally builds people holistically — spiritual, relational, character, mission and competencies.

Our training is transferable. We train Asian leaders in healthy leader development in order for them to train others. We come alongside these Asian partners and help them customize leadership pathways for their situation and culture.
